REFUND POLICY

• 90% refund - before November 30th 2026

• 75% refund - before December 31st 2026

• 50% refund before January 31st 2027

• No refunds after February 12th 2027
  
  If the event has to be cancelled in February due to weather conditions, or natural disasters, or any other justifiable reason so deemed by the organisers, or authorities, no refunds will be issued.

XCover Refund Protection

We highly recommend opting for XCover Refund Protection when registering for the event. This provides additional flexibility in case you need to withdraw. Please review the XCover Terms and Conditions (Booking Protection) for full details.

Withdrawing from the Event

If your team needs to withdraw, please notify us as soon as possible.

    For XCover Refund Protection holders: We will provide you with a direct link to contact XCover and request your refund.

    Without XCover: Refunds will be processed according to our standard withdrawal policy.

COVID POLICY

Postponement due to COVID-19
If the event is not able to proceed due to ongoing restrictions surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, the event will be postponed to a later date, there are no refunds if the entrant cannot make it to the event at the new postponed date. Entrants should take this into consideration when entering. If there are changes due to Covid level restrictions within 5-days prior to the event, preventing the Event from being held, the event will be cancelled and no refunds will be made.

INSURANCE

Insurance is the responsibility of the competitors.
